Fill in your profile, or hand over a CV
Upload a CV and Practal reads it into your profile. No CV? Answer the questions instead and Practal writes one for you, yours to download whenever a hospital asks.

Roles come to you
A Practal recruiter brings you roles that fit, each with its salary on it. Your name and number reach a hospital only when you accept an introduction — not when you are shortlisted, not before.
Clinicians only
One register, one profession. No nurses, no technicians, no admin — so what reaches you is scoped to your speciality and your grade.
Your number stays yours
Hospitals never see your mobile or email. Not when they shortlist you, not at any stage.
Nothing moves without you
You are introduced when you say yes, and not before. Every reveal is logged.
